The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Per-Åke Wallgren's late challenge caught a FCFiratRom's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Per-Åke Wallgren helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FCFiratRom booed when Sundens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Åke Wallgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sundens BK's Per-Åke Wallgren got his second yellow card of the match in the 7th minute. The referee ordered Per-Åke Wallgren off the ground. The supporters of FCFiratRom booed when Sundens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Åke Wallgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Axel Mellberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selim Gulson in the 9th minute of the match. Eustaquio Pudes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Selim Gulson took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Axel Mellberg to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Selim Gulson in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Axel Mellberg saved Sundens BK from getting behind. A hard shot 26 in the game by Selim Gulson from a close distance when the talented Axel Mellberg managed to make a qualified save. Sundens BK's players were relieved. If Selim Gulson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Sundens BK's Axel Mellberg got control of the ball when Selim Gulson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 40th minute, FCFiratRom got a penalty, and Selim Gulson placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. FCFiratRom's Selim Gulson got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eustaquio Pudes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Axel Mellberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İbrahim Trabzonlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After some careless play in the Sundens BK defense, İbrahim Trabzonlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Axel Mellberg. The Sundens BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Axel Mellberg should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selim Gulson in the 60th minute of play forced Sundens BK's goalkeeper Axel Mellberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per Eliassons short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Cyprian Trzenzalski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 63rd minute, Selim Gulson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FCFiratRom fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 67th match minute, Sundens BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Andersson to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of FCFiratRom booed when Sundens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Andersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. FCFiratRom were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Sundens BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Salih Gulson took the corner. The supporters of FCFiratRom booed when Sundens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Andersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sundens BK's Axel Mellberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Selim Gulson in the 81st minute of play. When FCFiratRom's Selim Gulson in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sundens BK's goalie prevented a goal. Axel Mellberg came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by FCFiratRom's Selim Gulson. But to his dismay, Selim Gulson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 98th minute, Selim Gulson made a precise shot to the right of Axel Mellberg. Sundens BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0.
