Claudio Allegretti came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Ortegano's Ronald Vordenbäumen. But to his dismay, Ronald Vordenbäumen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 7th match minute, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Pittelli to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the game, Deportivo Ortegano's Elano Lobado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudio Allegretti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angelo Minotti was the one to do the kick off. Deportivo Ortegano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juango Baroja was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Juango Baroja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's zone, Jones Ice-Cream Guobadia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Allegretti came out of the goal and Jones Ice-Cream Guobadia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
