An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernd Goldsche in the 2nd minute of play forced Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Henrik Lieckens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Silver Squad AFC's Timmy Van Goethem got a free kick in the 4th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Bernd Goldsche notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Silver Squad AFC's Henrik Lieckens. Henrik Lieckens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Henrik Lieckens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dedê Koehler in the 11th minute of play. Casper Van Hautvin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 14th match minute, Silver Squad AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregoire Van Aertvin to maneuver through the defense. Passa o Tanque MZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Joost Cockaerts scored to the left of an out of position Claudinei Paraense, making the score, 1-1. After 19 minutes of play, Passa o Tanque MZ's Bernd Goldsche made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henrik Lieckens was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lorenzo Rockloos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Claudinei Paraense made a huge save. Passa o Tanque MZ's Claudinei Paraense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Passa o Tanque MZ from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Passa o Tanque MZ booed when Silver Squad AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregoire Van Aertvin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Silver Squad AFC's Lorenzo Rockloos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claudinei Paraense. That made the score 2-3 after 33 minutes of play. Henrik Lieckens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genílson França in the 38th minute of the match. If Dedê Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernd Goldsche to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Silver Squad AFC's goal looked a bit too open when André Luís Leite came free, but Henrik Lieckens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silver Squad AFC's Henrik Lieckens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Silver Squad AFC from getting a goal against them. Silver Squad AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Bernd Goldsche scored to the left of an out of position Henrik Lieckens, making the score, 2-4. Passa o Tanque MZ's Genílson França got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Valdo de Barros fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Passa o Tanque MZ's protests and gave Valdo de Barros a yellow card for diving instead. Valdo de Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Passa o Tanque MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Casper Van Hautvin came free, but Claudinei Paraense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, André Luís Leite took a quick shot and it went in 2-6 without a chance for Henrik Lieckens to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Genílson França kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Henrik Lieckens. That made the score 2-8 in the 74 minute of play. A hard shot by Carlinhos Carvalho from long distance, 78 minutes into the match, got Henrik Lieckens's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. A collision led to Silver Squad AFC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Timmy Van Goethem hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernd Goldsche in the 89th minute of play forced Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Henrik Lieckens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Silver Squad AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Passa o Tanque MZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
