The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Henrik Lieckens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Perivaldo Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ademar Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl den Pelsmaeker in the 9th minute of the match. Ademar Magalhães made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lorenzo Rockloos in the 11th minute. Lorenzo Rockloos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Ademar Magalhães made a huge save. Joost Cockaerts could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Ademar Magalhães made a huge save. Luiz Gustavo Maciel kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Karl den Pelsmaeker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademar Magalhães having to interfere. 22 minutes into the game, BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Luiz Gustavo Maciel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Ademar Magalhães successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With 33 minutes on the clock, Roland De Cat commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to Silver Squad AFC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Roland De Cat hit a great ball. Karl den Pelsmaeker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Ademar Magalhães made a huge save. Cássio Antunes scored 1-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrik Lieckens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 46 minutes into the match, Silver Squad AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Frank de Almeida came free, but Henrik Lieckens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Frank de Almeida made the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Gustavo Maciel. Ademar Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joost Cockaerts in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Luiz Gustavo Maciel got a free kick in the 58th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Lorenzo Rockloos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ademar Magalhães. BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lorenzo Rockloos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Ademar Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casper Van Hautvin in the 65th minute of play. Henrik Lieckens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute Casper Van Hautvin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademar Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, Silver Squad AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dyllan Switten to maneuver through the defense. Henrik Lieckens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perivaldo Sarmento, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute, BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Luiz Gustavo Maciel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Henrik Lieckens. Henrik Lieckens yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. In the 88th minute Cássio Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrik Lieckens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
