Casper Van Hautvin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Remir Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 9 played minutes Fesport FC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Vagrande. Joost Cockaerts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remir Moreira having to interfere. Eusebio Dean's late challenge caught a Silver Squad AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusebio Dean helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, one of Fesport FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fesport FC. Silver Squad AFC's Henrik Lieckens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldovino Nueva in the 18th minute of play. Remir Moreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joost Cockaerts in the 21st minute of play. Remir Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casper Van Hautvin, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fesport FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dyllan Switten was slow to take the kick. During this time Silver Squad AFC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Silver Squad AFC's corner Dyllan Switten fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Remir Moreira quite easily take care of the ball. Remir Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casper Van Hautvin in the 27th minute of the match. Henrik Lieckens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aimar Merino went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Fesport FC's Baldovino Nueva got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 42 minutes into the game, when Roland De Cat put in a rough tackle. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for Fesport FC. Eusebio Dean stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Henrik Lieckens. 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baldovino Nueva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Baldovino Nueva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henrik Lieckens was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Iosu Duarte 70 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Fesport FC's Baldovino Nueva slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Henrik Lieckens. That made the score 1-5 after 78 minutes of play. After 81 played minutes Silver Squad AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gregoire Van Aertvin. Fesport FC's Eusebio Dean shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 82nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Henrik Lieckens but with some difficulty. Fesport FC's Remir Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Rockloos in the 85th minute of play. When Karl den Pelsmaeker fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Silver Squad AFC's protests and gave Karl den Pelsmaeker a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Silver Squad AFC's Karl den Pelsmaeker got a free kick in the 85th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Baldovino Nueva had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrik Lieckens. Silver Squad AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baldovino Nueva was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Henrik Lieckens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Vagrande in the 93rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jon Fonticoba in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henrik Lieckens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Silver Squad AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fesport FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
