Lanny Valle received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Paco Zamora came out and tried to block the shot, but Lanny Valle slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 16th minute. Paco Zamora made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Jose José sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrézinho Pelé in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clemente Armani saved C. A. Pipon Pipon from getting behind. After some careless play in the C. A. Pipon Pipon defense, Andrézinho Pelé kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clemente Armani. The C. A. Pipon Pipon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Armani should have stopped the shot. In the 30th minute C. A. Pipon Pipon were awarded a corner. When the match was over RB Chubut could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C. A. Pipon Pipon throughout the match.
