Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Erik Cantona started the match with the kick off. When Duncan Isaac fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C. A. Pipon Pipon's protests and gave Duncan Isaac a yellow card for diving instead. Clemente Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruud van Nistelrooij, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Juha Jokiranta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lanny Valle in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Santtu Pietiläinen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester United FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. A. Pipon Pipon the free kick. After 10 played minutes Manchester United FC got a freekick which was hit by Santtu Pietiläinen. Juha Jokiranta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lanny Valle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ruud van Nistelrooij had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lanny Valle scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juha Jokiranta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Clemente Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Cantona in the 19th minute of play. Jose José took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juha Jokiranta. Juha Jokiranta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Juha Jokiranta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddie Henderson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juha Jokiranta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Owen Vera went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. A collision led to C. A. Pipon Pipon getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Freddie Henderson hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, Manchester United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lanny Valle came free, but Juha Jokiranta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester United FC's zone, Lanny Valle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juha Jokiranta came out of the goal and Lanny Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

C. A. Pipon Pipon made a substitution. Thanh Goldberg replaced Jamel Cronshagen. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lanny Valle to make the kick off. With an all-out effort, C. A. Pipon Pipon's Juha Jokiranta threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lanny Valle, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to C. A. Pipon Pipon getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Freddie Henderson hit a great ball. If Jose José had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 played minutes C. A. Pipon Pipon got a freekick which was hit by Jose José. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruud van Nistelrooij in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clemente Armani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st minute Manchester United FC were awarded a corner. Veli Siivonen went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of C. A. Pipon Pipon's goalie and right to Roy Keane. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. C. A. Pipon Pipon's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Santtu Pietiläinen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clemente Armani having to make a save. 75 minutes into the game, C. A. Pipon Pipon's Jose José nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juha Jokiranta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 77 minutes into the game, Ruud van Nistelrooij was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester United FC's Juha Jokiranta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Manchester United FC from getting a goal against them. 86 minutes into the game, Lanny Valle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Juha Jokiranta. Lanny Valle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. C. A. Pipon Pipon made a substitution. Kelly Hopson replaced Lanny Valle. The crowd rose to their feet as C. A. Pipon Pipon's Owen Vera slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Juha Jokiranta. That made the score 0-6 after 89 minutes of play. Bobby Fisher kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
