Albino Aztore kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tunge Titans's Edwin Åberg got a free kick in the 27th minute. Froilan Llorian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henry Dalström's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Willy Herzog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Natal in the 34th minute of play. After 35 played minutes Almeyra F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Paublo. Esteban Laurentzi hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Tunge Titans's Henry Dalström got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Fulgencio Natal made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henry Dalström got free with Froilan Llorian in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
