After 27 played minutes Szalone Konie got a freekick which was hit by King Køng. 34 minutes into the match, Limburg United's goal looked a bit too open when Dante Cordara came free, but Julius Vanneste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Wojtek Szczęsny successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 43rd minute King Køng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julius Vanneste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dante Cordara was the one to do the kick off. If Maksymilian Marosz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 56 played minutes Limburg United got a freekick which was hit by Luke Demarez. With a little luck, Limburg United's Julius Vanneste got control of the ball when Dante Cordara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Limburg United's Julius Vanneste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 霍元甲 Bobo in the 68th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Luke Demarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roland Rasiak kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 87th minute Douglas Debecker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wojtek Szczęsny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Szalone Konie's Dante Cordara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julius Vanneste made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dante Cordara in the 98th minute. The Szalone Konie supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Szalone Konie would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
