Fabian Gudesteo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Hugo Moraes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roman Matai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erlend Skarstein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 minutes, Erlend Skarstein mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FRANK and the Club Floresta Manda players grew even worse after the yellow card. Erlend Skarstein kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Gudesteo got free with Hugo Moraes in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of FRANK booed when Club Floresta Manda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Gilabert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sigurd Aasgaard took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roman Matai. Club Floresta Manda's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Andrés Inocente came free, but Hugo Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Erlend Skarstein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Matai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Erlend Skarstein had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Matai. Club Floresta Manda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erlend Skarstein was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 32nd minute of the match Club Floresta Manda got a corner. FRANK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ladislao Oxel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ola Børseth's late challenge caught a Club Floresta Manda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ola Børseth helped the player get up and apologised. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wout Gheysen during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wout Gheysen hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After having played for 39 minutes, Alfredo Tello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Floresta Manda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Tello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugo Moraes made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Alfredo Tello sent off a good shot on target. After the first half FRANK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stefan Mathiassen to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Erlend Skarstein cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Roman Matai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice moves Erlend Skarstein could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Roman Matai however easily saved by the left post. Ola Børseth got in the 57th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Roman Matai handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Ola Børseth hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the FRANK defense, Fabian Gudesteo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Moraes. The FRANK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Moraes should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Club Floresta Manda booed when FRANK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sigurd Aasgaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredo Tello who after having made a long run got a chance for a shot on goal. Despite a couple of nice moves Hugo Moraes's wasn't to be fooled and made an easy save when Alfredo Tello was beeing forced to shoot. The FRANK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
