Adriano Cunha hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Jacinto Chaves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Riswan Sanusi's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 13thth minute of the game Riswan Sanusi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palmeiras's Jacinto Chaves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gery Pattimura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cláudio Donatello, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 35 minutes into the match, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goalkeeper Gery Pattimura had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cláudio Donatello. Joshua Patiruhu hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Tomé Bittencourt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Gery Pattimura successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 45 minutes into the match, Cláudio Donatello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gery Pattimura. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cláudio Donatello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cláudio Donatello made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Palmeiras's Raphael Donato got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute Riswan Sanusi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gery Pattimura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Leysus Latuihamalo was substituted for Riswan Sanusi. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Nadeo Effendy was substituted for Egi Ryacudu. In the 75th minute, Umar Rorimpandey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leysus Latuihamalo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Jacinto Chaves when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leysus Latuihamalo in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacinto Chaves saved Palmeiras from getting behind. Palmeiras's Jacinto Chaves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Palmeiras from getting a goal against them. Leysus Latuihamalo hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Adriano Cunha charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adriano Cunha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 89 played minutes Palmeiras got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Cunha. Dorian Neves took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gery Pattimura. Gery Pattimura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Palmeiras fans cheered their team off the field, for while AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
