The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Lucian Segarra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Felip Japón received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. John Paul Metcalfe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucian Segarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Saunders in the 11th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Angelo Arenas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.D. Alcorcón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gone With the Win the free kick. In the 14th minute, Angelo Arenas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucian Segarra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jack Saunders went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 20 minutes into the game, Gone With the Win's Kyle Eglington nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucian Segarra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 24 minutes into the game, Etxeberri Fresnos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.D. Alcorcón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gone With the Win the free kick. Etxeberri Fresnos hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Simon Ellis was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 25th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 28th match minute, Gone With the Win was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lloyd Elding to maneuver through the defense. Fortunato Amer kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Jack Saunders had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucian Segarra. A.D. Alcorcón's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jack Saunders was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in A.D. Alcorcón's zone, Rio Dunn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucian Segarra came out of the goal and Rio Dunn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kyle Eglington fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucian Segarra having to interfere. Lucian Segarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Saunders in the 45th minute of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Felip Japón managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.D. Alcorcón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felip Japón was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Angelo Arenas made the kick off in the second half. Felip Japón sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kyle Eglington received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lucian Segarra came out and tried to block the shot, but Kyle Eglington slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 57th minute. John Paul Metcalfe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Arenas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alcorcón's Lucian Segarra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Saunders in the 71st minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Simon Ellis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gone With the Win's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.D. Alcorcón the free kick. After a rather tough play, Gone With the Win's Simon Ellis got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 79 played minutes A.D. Alcorcón got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Arenas. Lucian Segarra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rio Dunn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentín santillana kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Lucian Segarra made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Kyle Eglington sent off a good shot on target. Gone With the Win were furious when Simon Ellis was red carded, 94 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Gone With the Win's Simon Ellis got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the match was over Gone With the Win could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than A.D. Alcorcón throughout the match.
