Tacheros de Buenos Aires's Haroldo Lartaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gýmir Gryc in the 5th minute of play. 5 minutes into the game, Pajala Sunrise's Gýmir Gryc nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Haroldo Lartaun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Haroldo Lartaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gýmir Gryc in the 9th minute of the match. The supporters of Tacheros de Buenos Aires booed when Pajala Sunrise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yngve Sandström didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Kent Odén was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pajala Sunrise's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tacheros de Buenos Aires the free kick. After 13 played minutes Pajala Sunrise got a freekick which was hit by Kent Odén. After a rather tough play, Tacheros de Buenos Aires's Samuel Navarro got a free kick in the 18th minute. Haroldo Lartaun made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Yngve Sandström sent off a good shot on target. In the 23rd minute Gýmir Gryc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Lartaun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yngve Sandström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Haroldo Lartaun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Tacheros de Buenos Aires's goalkeeper Haroldo Lartaun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gýmir Gryc. Tacheros de Buenos Aires's Haroldo Lartaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gýmir Gryc in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Samuel Navarro threw the ball into play from the sideline. Haroldo Lartaun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gýmir Gryc went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score.

The wind increased when Yngve Sandström made the kick off in the second half. Haroldo Lartaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gýmir Gryc in the 53rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gýmir Gryc in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haroldo Lartaun saved Tacheros de Buenos Aires from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Tacheros de Buenos Aires's Damaso Nerio got a free kick in the 54th minute. Pajala Sunrise's Gýmir Gryc got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Haroldo Lartaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gýmir Gryc in the 58th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tacheros de Buenos Aires fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! Haroldo Lartaun had in the 63rdth minute some difficulties stopping Yngve Sandström's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Yngve Sandström scored 4-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Haroldo Lartaun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pajala Sunrise's Sebastian Tolsson was substituted for Gnýr Gnaust. Pajala Sunrise made a substitution. Arne Tingelholm replaced Gýmir Gryc. Pajala Sunrise's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by David Lindman in the 69th minute. Arne Tingelholm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Haroldo Lartaun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Samuel Navarro made in the 83rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pajala Sunrise's Einar Larsfelt. In the 84thth minute of the game Arne Tingelholm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tacheros de Buenos Aires's Haroldo Lartaun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Haroldo Lartaun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arne Tingelholm's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Pajala Sunrise's Arne Tingelholm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Haroldo Lartaun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arne Tingelholm in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haroldo Lartaun saved Tacheros de Buenos Aires from getting behind. The supporters of Pajala Sunrise booed when Tacheros de Buenos Aires was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pajala Sunrise had played much better football throughout.
