An unexpectedly hard shot by 刘竞真 in the 15th minute of play forced Alvi Boton's goalkeeper Nereo Jurgi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute of the match, Hermengildo Frances got a very nice opportunity to score, but 贺震彬 was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 20 played minutes, Alvi Boton's Cosme Hartz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 贺震彬 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Paolo Oliveiro ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paolo Oliveiro got free with 贺震彬 in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Paolo Oliveiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 刘竞真's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nereo Jurgi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hermengildo Frances was the one to do the kick off. 黄悦康 hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 54 played minutes, Alvi Boton's Cosme Hartz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 贺震彬 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Alvi Boton's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 秦政平 ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hermengildo Frances fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 贺震彬 having to interfere. Paolo Oliveiro charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paolo Oliveiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Alvi Boton's Paolo Oliveiro got a free kick in the 89th minute. After 91 played minutes Alvi Boton got a freekick which was hit by Hermengildo Frances. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
