In the 18th minute of the match, Rodolfo Atarrabi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isak Stenquist was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A well done corner resulted in Adrián Espadas drilling the ball in to score 2-0 behind FC Jones's goalkeeper. After a rather tough play, Soroca F.C.'s Iordanis Karatzaferis got a free kick in the 26th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrián Espadas in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isak Stenquist saved FC Jones from getting behind. 30 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Mauno Hartikainen came free, but Armando Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isak Stenquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrián Espadas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isak Stenquist made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Rodolfo Atarrabi sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute, Soroca F.C.'s Adrián Espadas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Isak Stenquist. Isak Stenquist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Armando Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tarmo Pasanen, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 41 played minutes FC Jones got a freekick which was hit by Martin Bergren. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrián Espadas got free with Isak Stenquist in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cássio Zonta hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Soroca F.C.'s Cássio Zonta got a free kick in the 49th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Camillo Della Rocca to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Adrián Espadas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isak Stenquist. FC Jones's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrián Espadas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 59th minute, Adrián Espadas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Soroca F.C.'s Godofredo Quilino was substituted for Christian Gagriel. Soroca F.C.'s Cosme Jaen was substituted for Rodolfo Atarrabi. The supporters of FC Jones booed when Soroca F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zézinho Neiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Paulo Lucas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Răzvan Necula might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isak Stenquist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Răzvan Necula ran back to his position shaking his head. Isak Stenquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Răzvan Necula in the 90th minute of the match. After 91 minutes of play, Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isak Stenquist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iordanis Karatzaferis kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. If Răzvan Necula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isak Stenquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Răzvan Necula in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Soroca F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Jones had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
