Dawid Rywin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafim Barros in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute Iker Boruc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedito Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes Sagarana Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wojciech Kaczynski who took care of the corner kick. The corner led GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's Teobald Kempski to fire away a dangerous shot which Benedito Trigo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mateusz Mlekodaj kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Benedito Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iker Boruc in the 23rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sagarana Clube's zone, Iker Boruc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedito Trigo came out of the goal and Iker Boruc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the game, Éder Madureira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dawid Rywin. Éder Madureira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. With a little luck, GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's Dawid Rywin got control of the ball when Marco Torres tried to sneak it across the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's goalkeeper Dawid Rywin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Éder Madureira. Dawid Rywin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serafim Barros went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 42 minutes into the match, GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's goal looked a bit too open when Serafim Barros came free, but Dawid Rywin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dawid Rywin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Éder Madureira went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

After some careless play in the Sagarana Clube defense, Iker Boruc kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedito Trigo. The Sagarana Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedito Trigo should have stopped the shot. In the 56th minute, Benê Hoffmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iker Boruc got free with Benedito Trigo in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sagarana Clube's goalkeeper Benedito Trigo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marco Torres took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dawid Rywin. Dawid Rywin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. 65 minutes into the game, Éder Madureira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Dawid Rywin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maciej Rakoski kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Sagarana Clube made a substitution. Bruno Salles replaced Éder Madureira. Sagarana Clube's Yu Yang Sang was substituted for Serafim Barros. 74 minutes into the match, GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's Iker Boruc sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benedito Trigo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dawid Rywin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Maciej Rakoski fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's protests and gave Maciej Rakoski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st match minute, GIOVANNI DZIADZIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maciej Rakoski to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the match, GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Torres came free, but Dawid Rywin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maciej Rakoski was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Sagarana Clube booed when GIOVANNI DZIADZIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maciej Rakoski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sagarana Clube walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
