Kaká Rot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Iratxo having to interfere. Kaká Rot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Blas Peio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esteve Iratxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ted Hoogenkamp in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute Filiph Biörling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Iratxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grêmio FBPA were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Kekambas FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nestor Leão took the corner. Grêmio FBPA's Nestor Leão was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Esteve Iratxo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Esteban Lazcano hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Esteve Iratxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filiph Biörling in the 16th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Grêmio FBPA's Esteve Iratxo threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Filiph Biörling, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 19th minute Ted Hoogenkamp suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. When Dionisio Felo fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kekambas FC's protests and gave Dionisio Felo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Kekambas FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Dionisio Felo hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Grêmio FBPA's Nestor Leão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteve Iratxo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Esteve Iratxo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Higinio Blasi kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Dionisio Felo hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Grêmio FBPA's Valdir de Alcântara slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Esteve Iratxo. That made the score 1-0 after 29 minutes of play. Esteve Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pipis Karapatakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Filiph Biörling left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grêmio FBPA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 45 minutes into the game, Valdir de Alcântara recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Esteve Iratxo. Valdir de Alcântara showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Blas Peio was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Valdir de Alcântara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grêmio FBPA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kekambas FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Grêmio FBPA's Valdir de Alcântara got a free kick in the 51st minute. Esteve Iratxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdir de Alcântara in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute Pipis Karapatakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Iratxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiph Biörling in the 62nd minute of play forced Kekambas FC's goalkeeper Esteve Iratxo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Grêmio FBPA's zone, Blas Peio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jardel Sanches came out of the goal and Blas Peio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the match, Grêmio FBPA's goalkeeper Jardel Sanches had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blas Peio. Valdir de Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Esteve Iratxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the game, Filiph Biörling cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Esteve Iratxo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 76thth minute of the game Blas Peio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio FBPA's Jardel Sanches was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Kekambas FC's Romulo Orlandus got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Filiph Biörling made a precise shot to the right of Esteve Iratxo. Kekambas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Esteve Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiph Biörling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filiph Biörling in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esteve Iratxo saved Kekambas FC from getting behind. Esteve Iratxo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pipis Karapatakis in the 87th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Valdir de Alcântara notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Kekambas FC's Esteve Iratxo. Esteve Iratxo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Esteve Iratxo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filiph Biörling went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score.
