Eddie Vedder started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eddie Vedder in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cafu Xavier saved Passa o Tanque MZ from getting behind. A collision led to Passa o Tanque MZ getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Wellington Velloso hit a great ball. Cafu Xavier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddie Vedder, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Eddie Vedder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 10 minutes into the match, Passa o Tanque MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Eddie Vedder came free, but Cafu Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cafu Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Vedder in the 14th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roque Oliveiro got free with Israel Palben in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ's Eddie Vedder in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wellington Velloso was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Passa o Tanque MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Eddie Vedder came free, but Cafu Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Eddie Vedder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Passa o Tanque MZ's Dedê Koehler got a free kick in the 57th minute. Passa o Tanque MZ's Cafu Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddie Vedder in the 59th minute of play. A throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game was made by Rafa Breckenfeld with Roque Oliveiro as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 69th minute, Rafa Breckenfeld hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ made a substitution. Lionel Messia replaced Eddie Vedder. After a rather tough play, Passa o Tanque MZ's Rafa Breckenfeld got a free kick in the 70th minute. If Cesar Bibiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 75 played minutes Passa o Tanque MZ got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Paraibano. After 77 played minutes LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Lionel Messia. In the 80th match minute, Passa o Tanque MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Oliveiro to maneuver through the defense. Lionel Messia might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cafu Xavier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lionel Messia ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 87th minute Lionel Messia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cafu Xavier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Lionel Messia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 91st minute, Lionel Messia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cafu Xavier. The goal made the score 0-4. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Lionel Messia sped through Passa o Tanque MZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cafu Xavier. When the match was over LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Passa o Tanque MZ throughout the match.
