The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Afonso da Cunha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afiz Teo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute of the match CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ got a corner. Redbourn AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Xande Campbell ran over to the corner to take the kick. Xande Campbell made a great header on CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's corner, it was just that Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo managed to reach the ball for a save. After some careless play in the Redbourn AFC defense, Afonso da Cunha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Afiz Teo. The Redbourn AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Afiz Teo should have stopped the shot. Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso da Cunha in the 22nd minute of play. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Hidayat Peng scored to the left of an out of position Ludomil Ziomkowski, making the score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso da Cunha in the 29th minute of play forced Redbourn AFC's goalkeeper Afiz Teo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Hidayat Peng dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ludomil Ziomkowski, 2-1. Ludomil Ziomkowski was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Afiz Seng capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Afiz Seng really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. 40 minutes into the match, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Danial Koh came free, but Ludomil Ziomkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute of the match, Hidayat Peng tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ludomil Ziomkowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Ludomil Ziomkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them.

52 minutes into the match, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Hidayat Peng came free, but Ludomil Ziomkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cléberson Munhoz kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. When Afonso da Cunha came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. In the 89th minute Ronn Yi-Sheng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomil Ziomkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afiz Teo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Breno Torres in the 90th minute. In the 92ndth minute of the game Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by Redbourn AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xande Campbell was slow to take the kick. During this time CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Xande Campbell got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Afiz Teo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
