Real Madrid's Yao Zhan Sang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Real Madrid from getting a goal against them. In the 30th minute, Tuan Lovell made a precise shot to the right of Guaberto Cucao. Mainumby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 35 minutes into the game, Fernando Grover cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Guaberto Cucao was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Real Madrid's Fernando Grover in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match was over Real Madrid could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mainumby throughout the match.
