Branislav Velchevski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eric Söder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Branislav Velchevski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lokomotiv Sick-Sack's goalkeeper Peter Martinsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bonifacio Suarez made in the 12th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Benicio Seguinus. After 23 minutes, Henry Salkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lokomotiv Sick-Sack and the ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lokomotiv Sick-Sack's Henry Salkvist got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Peter Martinsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elpidio Francis in the 30th minute. Branislav Velchevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Billström in the 31st minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Lokomotiv Sick-Sack's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Francis came free, but Peter Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eric Söder struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Branislav Velchevski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lokomotiv Sick-Sack. After a rather tough play, Lokomotiv Sick-Sack's Xu Chen Jian got a free kick in the 46th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Henry Salkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Arnaldo Gabon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peter Martinsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elpidio Francis went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Lokomotiv Sick-Sack's Stellan Bennet was substituted for Kjell Ahlquist. Lokomotiv Sick-Sack made a substitution. Patrik Wahlström replaced Sten Lindholm. In the 67th minute Elpidio Francis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Martinsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peter Martinsson came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Arnaldo Gabon. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Gabon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Venancio Havier in the 76th minute. Patrik Wahlström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Branislav Velchevski made a huge save. After 82 minutes of play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Elpidio Francis made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Peter Martinsson was left in no man's land by his defense there!
