Alfredas Zubrickas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Flores, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the game, Santiago Flores cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Alfredas Zubrickas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Natalio Lekubegi in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfredas Zubrickas saved FC Alytus United from getting behind. 22 minutes into the match, Natalio Lekubegi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredas Zubrickas. FC Alytus United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Natalio Lekubegi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 25th minute, Isidro Lángara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Flores in the 28th minute of play forced FC Alytus United's goalkeeper Alfredas Zubrickas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elite Azulgrana were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after FC Alytus United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Santiago Flores took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Jaime Casomiro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alfredas Zubrickas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Elite Azulgrana's Santiago Flores in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Alytus United's goalie prevented a goal. In the 34th minute, José Fossa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38thth minute of the game Isidro Lángara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Alytus United's Alfredas Zubrickas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Isidro Lángara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfredas Zubrickas was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Gaston Gomez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erikas Spudys in the 41st minute of the match. Rolandas Dovydaitis kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Alfredas Zubrickas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Flores in the 43rd minute of play. A collision led to Elite Azulgrana getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Santiago Flores hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Erikas Spudys made the kick off in the second half. Žygimantas Orvidas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Gomez having to interfere. Alfredas Zubrickas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Flores in the 71st minute of play. A collision led to FC Alytus United getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Žygimantas Orvidas hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, Isidro Lángara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredas Zubrickas. FC Alytus United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidro Lángara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The supporters of Elite Azulgrana booed when FC Alytus United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Žygimantas Orvidas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santiago Flores got free with Alfredas Zubrickas in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Natalio Lekubegi hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FC Alytus United's Almantas Valančius got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Alfredas Zubrickas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Lángara in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Isidro Lángara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elite Azulgrana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. 93 minutes into the match, FC Alytus United's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Flores came free, but Alfredas Zubrickas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 95 minutes of play, Elite Azulgrana's Santiago Flores made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredas Zubrickas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elite Azulgrana played a much better game than FC Alytus United and deserved their victory. The FC Alytus United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
