In the 5thth minute of the game Rolf Jacobs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tym Tym's Emanuel Șipoș was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Tym Tym's goal looked a bit too open when Rolf Jacobs came free, but Emanuel Șipoș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Rolf Jacobs put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Emanuel Șipoș. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolf Jacobs in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuel Șipoș saved Tym Tym from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Zero Gravity's William Schroons got a free kick in the 19th minute. Doru Găvănescu hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After the first half Zero Gravity were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rolf Jacobs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Emanuel Șipoș made a huge save. Emanuel Șipoș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bob De Loose, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Șipoș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bob De Loose in the 55th minute of the match. He walked away shaking his head. Artur Swings sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 played minutes Tym Tym got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Roșeanu. After some careless play in the Zero Gravity defense, Victor Angelescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robbin Roggen. The Zero Gravity fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robbin Roggen should have stopped the shot.
