Naldo Guerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Dorian Catarinense made a huge save. Dorian Catarinense came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Velho Barreiro FC's Ferid Eker. But to his dismay, Ferid Eker quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 10 minutes into the game, Velho Barreiro FC's Naldo Guerra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorian Catarinense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The supporters of Velho Barreiro FC booed when Microsoft Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusébio Tróia didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Zico Galo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dorian Catarinense. That made the score 3-0 in the 13 minute of play. In the 28th minute, Zico Galo made a precise shot to the right of Dorian Catarinense. Microsoft Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. In the 32nd minute Ferid Eker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferid Eker scored 7-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dorian Catarinense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ciro Tasso hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Ciro Tasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Luís Pernambucano in the 47th minute of play forced Velho Barreiro FC's goalkeeper Iker Hidalgo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luiz Eduardo Netto was the one to do the kick off. Ciro Tasso kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Zico Galo took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorian Catarinense. Dorian Catarinense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. In the 87th minute Zico Galo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Velho Barreiro FC fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Velho Barreiro FC's Edmílson Cosme looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 14-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Velho Barreiro FC's Edmílson Cosme in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Microsoft Team's goalie prevented a goal. Dorian Catarinense came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Velho Barreiro FC's Edmílson Cosme. But to his dismay, Edmílson Cosme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 15-0. There was no doubt that Velho Barreiro FC were the better team. Velho Barreiro FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
