The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute Saverio Brion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Femke Bol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Femke Bol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Brion in the 11th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yuri Reis in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atahan Balon saved Los Muchachos del 86 from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Los Muchachos del 86's zone, Yuri Reis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atahan Balon came out of the goal and Yuri Reis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the match, Figueira SC FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Brion came free, but Femke Bol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yuri Reis in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Atahan Balon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 32 minutes into the match, Los Muchachos del 86's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Hartz came free, but Atahan Balon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Reis in the 36th minute of play forced Los Muchachos del 86's goalkeeper Atahan Balon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Figueira SC FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo-Enrique Bochini came free, but Femke Bol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 44 in the game by Yuri Reis from a close distance when the talented Atahan Balon managed to make a qualified save. Los Muchachos del 86's players were relieved. Yuri Reis had several of the Los Muchachos del 86's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 44 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Atahan Balon as he didn't even see the shot coming. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Ricardo-Enrique Bochini made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Reis in the 57th minute of play forced Los Muchachos del 86's goalkeeper Atahan Balon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Yuri Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atahan Balon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Hartz in the 62nd minute of play. After 64 minutes Los Muchachos del 86's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Caetano Tasso who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Victor Kaur heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The supporters of Figueira SC FSCMZ booed when Los Muchachos del 86 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szymon Szkaradek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Figueira SC FSCMZ's Abelardo Veloso was substituted for Gil Pirani. A collision led to Los Muchachos del 86 getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Szymon Szkaradek hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Pastor Hartz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Figueira SC FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Pastor Hartz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atahan Balon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Los Muchachos del 86's Damian Honesto was substituted for Saverio Brion. Los Muchachos del 86 made a substitution. Fabio Bencivenni replaced Ricardo-Enrique Bochini. Yuri Reis might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Atahan Balon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yuri Reis ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Malin Koshkov got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute Pastor Hartz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atahan Balon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Femke Bol came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Muchachos del 86's Fabio Bencivenni. But to his dismay, Fabio Bencivenni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 82nd minute, Yuri Reis made a precise shot to the right of Atahan Balon. Los Muchachos del 86's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 85 minutes into the match, Yuri Reis notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Los Muchachos del 86's Atahan Balon. Atahan Balon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabio Bencivenni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Reis in the 92nd minute of play forced Los Muchachos del 86's goalkeeper Atahan Balon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asiz Soon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Femke Bol came out and tried to block the shot, but Asiz Soon slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 95th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
