With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Barovero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Roceira SC's zone, Zeca Fernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcell Barovero came out of the goal and Zeca Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute, Válbson Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zeca Fernandez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Marcell Barovero made a huge save.
