In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Plaza Jewell's goalkeeper Pablo Mei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 11th minute Plaza Jewell were awarded a corner. Nunez Gizon went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Nunez Gizon got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aquiles Senio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Plaza Jewell's Pablo Mei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peng Sha Yang in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute Dionisia were awarded a corner. Florencio Chano went to the cornerflag to take it. 15 minutes into the game, Tomás Xacintu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Pablo Mei was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 18th minute Melchor Gregory shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Mei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pablo Mei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peng Sha Yang in the 20th minute of the match. Plaza Jewell's Pablo Mei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Gregory in the 22nd minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 24 minutes into the game, when Stanislovas Miškinis put in a rough tackle. Dionisia made a substitution. Saverio Venceslas replaced Peng Sha Yang. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Dionisia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Plaza Jewell:s goal. Dionisia:s Aquiles Senio showed great skill when he stopped Nunez Gizon:s penalty. In the 29thth minute of the game Nunez Gizon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dionisia's Aquiles Senio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. It was a well-played corner which Armando Azibar managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Nunez Gizon's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aquiles Senio firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 36th minute Plaza Jewell were awarded a corner. Nunez Gizon went to the cornerflag to take it. Pablo Mei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Gregory in the 41st minute of the match. Melchor Gregory scored 0-2 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pablo Mei, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Plaza Jewell getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Jacobo Barros hit a great ball.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nunez Gizon to strike the kick off in the second half. Salvador Roland's late challenge caught a Dionisia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salvador Roland helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Plaza Jewell getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Salvador Roland hit a great ball. Pablo Mei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Gregory in the 54th minute of the match. A very good chance. 74 minutes into the match, Dionisia's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Amato came free, but Aquiles Senio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 minutes Dionisia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Freddy Amato who took care of the corner kick. Freddy Amato made a great header on Plaza Jewell's corner, it was just that Dionisia's Aquiles Senio managed to reach the ball for a save. After 89 played minutes Dionisia got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Xacintu. 90 minutes into the match, Freddy Amato notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Dionisia's Aquiles Senio. Aquiles Senio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aquiles Senio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Iratxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Plaza Jewell fans cheered their team off the field, for while Dionisia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
