Lorenzo Kellogg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Monroe Franklin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 4 minutes, Lorenzo Kellogg made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Isnardy's Monroe Franklin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Lorenzo Kellogg put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Monroe Franklin. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lorenzo Kellogg in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Monroe Franklin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Monroe Franklin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Kellogg in the 12th minute of play. After 14 minutes, Lorenzo Kellogg made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Isnardy's Monroe Franklin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Kellogg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Monroe Franklin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 22nd minute Lorenzo Kellogg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Monroe Franklin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Isnardy's Cortez Miles got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Lorenzo Kellogg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Monroe Franklin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Lorenzo Kellogg took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Monroe Franklin. Monroe Franklin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. In the 33rd match minute, Isnardy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Hendricks to maneuver through the defense. Lorenzo Kellogg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Monroe Franklin having to make a save. Monroe Franklin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Kellogg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cortez Miles charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cortez Miles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 36 played minutes Isnardy got a freekick which was hit by Cortez Miles. 37 minutes into the match, Lorenzo Kellogg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Monroe Franklin. Isnardy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lorenzo Kellogg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. 40 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Kellogg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Monroe Franklin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 45th minute, Cortez Miles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 48 minutes of play, Forest's Lorenzo Kellogg made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Monroe Franklin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The crowd rose to their feet as Lorenzo Kellogg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Monroe Franklin. That made the score 0-10 in the 55 minute of play. After having played for 57 minutes, Camacho Santiago managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Forest's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camacho Santiago was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeff Nadeau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeferson Toledo having to interfere. If Lorenzo Kellogg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 65 minutes into the match, Dündar Aymaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Monroe Franklin. Isnardy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dündar Aymaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. Monroe Franklin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dündar Aymaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenzo Kellogg scored 0-12 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Monroe Franklin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lorenzo Kellogg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lorenzo Kellogg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Monroe Franklin having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Kellogg in the 77th minute of play forced Isnardy's goalkeeper Monroe Franklin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Monroe Franklin was a little too slow when Lorenzo Kellogg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-13. The crowd rose to their feet as Lorenzo Kellogg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Monroe Franklin. That made the score 0-14 in the 83 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lorenzo Kellogg got free with Monroe Franklin in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 0-16 when Lorenzo Kellogg sped through Isnardy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Monroe Franklin. Monroe Franklin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lorenzo Kellogg in the 95th minute. 98 minutes into the match, Isnardy's goalkeeper Monroe Franklin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lorenzo Kellogg. When the final whistle sounded Forest left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Isnardy.
