When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Kim Lekberg took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Mikolaj Jerzyk to make any attempt to save it. Club Atletico Los Andes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kim Lekberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Mikolaj Jerzyk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 35 minutes into the match, Kim Lekberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mikolaj Jerzyk. Newcastle United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kim Lekberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Mikolaj Jerzyk was a little too slow when Kaj Skager got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 6-0. Kim Lekberg was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 47th minute. Club Atletico Los Andes's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kim Lekberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Newcastle United's Mikolaj Jerzyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Lekberg in the 51st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kim Lekberg in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mikolaj Jerzyk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mikolaj Jerzyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaj Skager, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd match minute, Newcastle United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Lampa to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kim Lekberg in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mikolaj Jerzyk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Atletico Los Andes fully deserved thier win.
