The audience thought a goal was coming when Jessie Pinkman got free with Mikolaj Jerzyk in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gilvan Sanches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Vollmar, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's goalkeeper Mikolaj Jerzyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tadeu Cosme. Newcastle United's Mikolaj Jerzyk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Newcastle United from getting a goal against them. When Green Squad FC's Jessie Pinkman in 11 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Mikolaj Jerzyk guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Jessie Pinkman did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Mikolaj Jerzyk 11 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulisses Antunes got free with Mikolaj Jerzyk in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Newcastle United were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Green Squad FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Donato Christobal took the corner. In the 32nd minute, Olgierd Wojtowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 33 in the game by Jessie Pinkman from a close distance when the talented Mikolaj Jerzyk managed to make a qualified save. Newcastle United's players were relieved. Pankracy Malicki struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Gilvan Sanches didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Newcastle United. Gonçalo Maia charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gonçalo Maia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adam Pacholewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilvan Sanches having to interfere. Jessie Pinkman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Mikolaj Jerzyk made a huge save. With his leg Mikolaj Jerzyk managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Green Squad FC's Jessie Pinkman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 46 minutes Newcastle United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Conrado Pernambucano who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Green Squad FC's Conrado Pernambucano to fire away a dangerous shot which Mikolaj Jerzyk despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After a defensive mix-up in Green Squad FC's zone, Thomas Vollmar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilvan Sanches came out of the goal and Thomas Vollmar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mikolaj Jerzyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeu Cosme, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Jessie Pinkman struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Mikolaj Jerzyk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Green Squad FC. After 61 played minutes Newcastle United got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Lampa. Mikolaj Jerzyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jessie Pinkman in the 64th minute of the match. A collision led to Green Squad FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Conrado Pernambucano hit a great ball. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Green Squad FC's goalkeeper Gilvan Sanches, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Thomas Vollmar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gilvan Sanches quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Newcastle United's Pankracy Malicki in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Green Squad FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 74th minute Jessie Pinkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Jerzyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Green Squad FC's Gilvan Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Vollmar in the 83rd minute of play. Green Squad FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Pankracy Malicki scored to the left of an out of position Gilvan Sanches, making the score, 1-2. The supporters of Newcastle United booed when Green Squad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taio Jauregui didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Green Squad FC's Gilvan Sanches got control of the ball when Thomas Vollmar tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 92 played minutes Newcastle United got a freekick which was hit by Donato Christobal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Newcastle United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
