Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edelmiro Onbera in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rosendo Balesio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 12 minutes into the game, AC Rangers's Leukothoe Sakelaris nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alfred Kochowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Emiliano Aznaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfred Kochowski was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Dieguinho Godoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Rosendo Balesio made a huge save. Luciano Bastiaro in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the game, Emiliano Aznaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Alfred Kochowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an all-out effort, United Legends's Rosendo Balesio threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gavino Karlo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alfred Kochowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leukothoe Sakelaris in the 44th minute of play. Guido Ler might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfred Kochowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guido Ler ran back to his position shaking his head. The United Legends players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AC Rangers were winning 0-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emiliano Aznaro to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, United Legends's Alfred Kochowski got control of the ball when Yücel Özakıncı tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 53rd match minute, United Legends was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Etxahun to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute of the match Ezequiel Ilazki sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfred Kochowski skillfully saved the ball. Gavino Karlo kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Oscar-Alfredo Ruggeri hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Alfred Kochowski acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 59th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ezequiel Ilazki. Alfred Kochowski made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Leukothoe Sakelaris sent off a good shot on target. Ezequiel Ilazki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Alfred Kochowski made a huge save. Crispin Grassow hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Alfred Kochowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yücel Özakıncı in the 72nd minute. Rosendo Balesio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Bastiaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of United Legends booed when AC Rangers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Totin Nuñez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfred Kochowski made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Emiliano Aznaro sent off a good shot on target. Leukothoe Sakelaris received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alfred Kochowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Leukothoe Sakelaris slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 79th minute. AC Rangers made a substitution. Armando Sotero replaced Leukothoe Sakelaris. 85 minutes into the match, United Legends's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Inocente came free, but Alfred Kochowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 minutes, Amancio Inocente made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. United Legends's Alfred Kochowski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91st minute, AC Rangers's Yücel Özakıncı ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alfred Kochowski. Alfred Kochowski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Yücel Özakıncı could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Alfred Kochowski made a huge save. With a little luck, United Legends's Alfred Kochowski got control of the ball when Amancio Inocente tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched AC Rangers eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
