Thiago Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Caetano Monteiro didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 3rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Nico de Mendonça could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Caetano Monteiro made a huge save. In the 12th match minute, MINEIROS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Zanette to maneuver through the defense. Nico de Mendonça received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Caetano Monteiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Nico de Mendonça slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 14th minute. MINEIROS's Nico de Mendonça was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 25th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The MINEIROS fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when MINEIROS's Nico de Mendonça looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Caetano Monteiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nico de Mendonça's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Nico de Mendonça put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Caetano Monteiro. With a little luck, Icoara Football Club's Caetano Monteiro got control of the ball when Nico de Mendonça tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, MINEIROS's Nilson de Souza got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Genílson de Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Icoara Football Club's Caetano Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maicon Quintal in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Nico de Mendonça who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Icoara Football Club's Caetano Monteiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Nico de Mendonça's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Caetano Monteiro was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 57thth minute of the game Nico de Mendonça who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Icoara Football Club's Caetano Monteiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Caetano Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nico de Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 63 minutes, Nico de Mendonça made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Icoara Football Club's Caetano Monteiro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nico de Mendonça in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caetano Monteiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Icoara Football Club's Genílson de Queirós got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 85thth minute of the game Nico de Mendonça who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Icoara Football Club's Caetano Monteiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Nico de Mendonça sped through Icoara Football Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Caetano Monteiro. In the 93rd match minute, Icoara Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genílson de Queirós to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nico de Mendonça during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the referee ended the match the MINEIROS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
