The supporters of Egg Chasers FC booed when Natural Born Killers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wit Maziarz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dobromir Kanczuszewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danny Booth in the 13th minute of the match. Don Major hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the match, Natural Born Killers's Radomir Jurgiel broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billie Curtis in the 19th minute of play forced Natural Born Killers's goalkeeper Dobromir Kanczuszewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 20 minutes, Wit Maziarz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Natural Born Killers and the Egg Chasers FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. John Bowden took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dobromir Kanczuszewski. Natural Born Killers's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 31st minute Gwidon Rzentkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Preston saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Pete Partridge had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dobromir Kanczuszewski. Natural Born Killers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pete Partridge was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 48th minute Billie Curtis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobromir Kanczuszewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Egg Chasers FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Billie Curtis made a kick off. Dobromir Kanczuszewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danny Booth, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 56th minute, Pete Partridge reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dobromir Kanczuszewski. The goal made the score 0-4. Dobromir Kanczuszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pete Partridge in the 60th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Natural Born Killers's goalkeeper Dobromir Kanczuszewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Billie Curtis. Dobromir Kanczuszewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pete Partridge, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After a rather tough play, Natural Born Killers's Wit Maziarz got a free kick in the 67th minute. After some careless play in the Natural Born Killers defense, Danny Booth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dobromir Kanczuszewski. The Natural Born Killers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dobromir Kanczuszewski should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Natural Born Killers's Dobromir Kanczuszewski got control of the ball when Billie Curtis tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Natural Born Killers's Wit Maziarz got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes into the match, Pete Partridge dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dobromir Kanczuszewski, 0-6. Dobromir Kanczuszewski stood somewhat misplaced when Pete Partridge came free in front of goal and shot 0-8 to the left of him in the 87 minute. In the 90th minute Seth Shaw shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobromir Kanczuszewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When John Bowden came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Egg Chasers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John Bowden couldn't finish the play. The Natural Born Killers fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Egg Chasers FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
