In the 6th match minute, Choros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan María Melipil to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Choros FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Juan María Melipil hit a great ball. Juan María Melipil's late challenge caught a ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan María Melipil helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, Juan María Melipil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Rios was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Abuzer Gündoğan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abuzer Gündoğan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After a rather tough play, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Blas Jerano got a free kick in the 19th minute. The supporters of ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ booed when Choros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Txomin Slight didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilfredo Abaurre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without León Carbonell having to make a save. Braulio Gonchan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. León Carbonell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabio Rios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Duro in the 27th minute of the match. Fabio Rios made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Victorino Gorbea sent off a good shot on target. Fabio Rios came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Choros FC's Abuzer Gündoğan. But to his dismay, Abuzer Gündoğan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Fabio Rios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abuzer Gündoğan in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute Wilfredo Abaurre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but León Carbonell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Rios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abuzer Gündoğan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hugo Duro to make the kick off. Fabio Rios didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abuzer Gündoğan went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 59 minutes into the match, Abuzer Gündoğan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabio Rios. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abuzer Gündoğan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. A collision led to Choros FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Hugo Duro hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Choros FC's goalkeeper León Carbonell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilfredo Abaurre. In the 73rd minute of the match ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ got a corner. Choros FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Victorino Perfecto ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 75th minute, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Esteve Padro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Esteve Padro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Esteve Padro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Choros FC booed when ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteve Padro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, Hugo Duro made a precise shot to the right of Fabio Rios. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. In the 84th minute Hugo Duro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Rios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s goal looked a bit too open when Abuzer Gündoğan came free, but Fabio Rios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abuzer Gündoğan in the 90th minute of play forced ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s goalkeeper Fabio Rios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Choros FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
