Pankracy Glogowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldinho Romero's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, Anaia Barba ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pankracy Glogowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel de Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel de Lara in the 13th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edson Recife, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 37th minute Ronaldinho Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edson Recife sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eustaquio Jaizki in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guga Tavares saved Mexilhão F. C. from getting behind. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abel Iban made a kick off. In the 55th minute of the match Emil Chwalkiewicz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Guga Tavares showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Guga Tavares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Jaizki in the 57th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, Paolo Caradaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexilhão F. C. the free kick. 59 minutes into the match, Mexilhão F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Berdoi came free, but Guga Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldinho Romero came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Mexilhão F. C. getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Cristiano Nogueira hit a great ball. Abel de Lara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pankracy Glogowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. In the 81st minute Anaia Barba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Pankracy Glogowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abel Iban in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guga Tavares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pankracy Glogowski was a little too slow when Anaia Barba got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 2-2. Pankracy Glogowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abel de Lara's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
