With an all-out effort, MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's Radamel Hendrickx threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Maximino Arnau, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ismael Licerio kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After 17 minutes of play, MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's Delmiro Fernandez made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radamel Hendrickx was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iwan Jazowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Unai Sócrates, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rdth minute of the game Maximino Arnau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fauna Utd's Radamel Hendrickx was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alberto Fix made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Cazimir Stroe. Unai Sócrates received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Iwan Jazowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN defense, Unai Sócrates kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iwan Jazowski. The MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iwan Jazowski should have stopped the shot. Teodoro Nuñez made in the 35th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Maximino Arnau however managed to control. 40 minutes into the match, MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's goal looked a bit too open when Karel Cromefeldt came free, but Iwan Jazowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 played minutes Fauna Utd got a freekick which was hit by Pieterjan Anteunis. Iwan Jazowski came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Fauna Utd's Unai Sócrates. But to his dismay, Unai Sócrates quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's Simon Francis was substituted for Alberto Fix. After the first half Fauna Utd were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yuri Portugal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Yuri Portugal came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Fauna Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yuri Portugal couldn't finish the play. Radamel Hendrickx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Francis, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Dante Huts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Jazowski having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Maximino Arnau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radamel Hendrickx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fauna Utd's Radamel Hendrickx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Arnau in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th minute Simon Francis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radamel Hendrickx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The nice shot from Dante Huts in the 69thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Iwan Jazowski had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. With an all-out effort, Fauna Utd's Iwan Jazowski threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yuri Portugal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 72 minutes, Yuri Portugal made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's Iwan Jazowski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Dante Huts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Portugal came free, but Iwan Jazowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radamel Hendrickx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Licerio in the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Unai Sócrates shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Jazowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 董文鹰 was slow to take the kick. Radamel Hendrickx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. When the match was over Fauna Utd could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN throughout the match.
