Godfredo Gorri might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danilo Taurino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. But to his dismay, Romeo Danel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 88th minute, Racing Club Carhue's Aurelio Ralondo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pablo Artal. Pablo Artal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. 90 minutes into the game, Racing Club Carhue's Romeo Danel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pablo Artal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6.
