Armando Jerrold didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing Club Carhue. In the 5th minute, Romeo Danel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Racing Club Carhue fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 8th match minute, Racing Club Carhue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Ralondo to maneuver through the defense. Romeo Danel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 12 played minutes Panacán got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Honesto. 14 minutes into the match, Emanuel Ralondo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Danilo Taurino, 1-1. Thanks to some nice moves Feliciano Iraitz could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which Danilo Taurino however easily saved by the left post. In the 24th minute Romeo Danel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Jerrold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Felix Arnalt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute, one of Panacán:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Panacán. Aurelio Ralondo's late challenge caught a Panacán's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurelio Ralondo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, Aurelio Ralondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nunez Dei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emanuel Ralondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Danilo Taurino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Emanuel Ralondo came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Panacán fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Ralondo couldn't finish the play. Feliciano Iraitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Taurino having to interfere.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nunez Dei to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Romeo Danel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armando Jerrold. Panacán's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romeo Danel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 57 minutes into the game, Javier Fresco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panacán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Racing Club Carhue the free kick. In the 59th minute, Nunez Dei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nunez Dei in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Jerrold saved Panacán from getting behind. 65 minutes into the match, Racing Club Carhue's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Ralondo came free, but Danilo Taurino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Dei in the 67th minute of play forced Panacán's goalkeeper Armando Jerrold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Aurelio Ralondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Ralondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Danilo Taurino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romeo Danel was extremely unlucky when he, in the 71st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 79 minutes into the match, Panacán's goalkeeper Armando Jerrold had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romeo Danel. The audience was convinced that Nunez Dei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Jerrold was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Danilo Taurino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Ralondo in the 84th minute of play. Eliseo Honesto charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eliseo Honesto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Racing Club Carhue booed when Panacán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Honesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Racing Club Carhue's Romeo Danel got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Humberto Pirro charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Humberto Pirro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Feliciano Iraitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Panacán's Emanuel Ralondo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Danilo Taurino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Racing Club Carhue players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
