After 10 minutes, Florentino Chico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IACC and the Racing Club Carhue players grew even worse after the yellow card. IACC:s Tomás Conrao showed great skill when he stopped Sergio Blanco:s penalty. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Romeo Danel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club Carhue's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeo Danel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Conrao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Ovidio Xacintu came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Racing Club Carhue fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ovidio Xacintu couldn't finish the play. After having played for 16 minutes, Alfonso Su managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club Carhue's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso Su was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romeo Danel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Tomás Conrao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eloy Oliveiro took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danilo Taurino. Danilo Taurino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Eloy Oliveiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Romeo Danel's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tomás Conrao firmly grabbed it by the left post. Romeo Danel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Tomás Conrao skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A hard shot 29 in the game by Romeo Danel from a close distance when the talented Tomás Conrao managed to make a qualified save. IACC's players were relieved. 31 minutes into the match, Racing Club Carhue's Ovidio Xacintu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomás Conrao narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Ariel Chucho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romeo Danel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, IACC's Florentino Chico got a free kick in the 39th minute. Aurelio Ralondo hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Eloy Oliveiro scored 0-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danilo Taurino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eloy Oliveiro was the one to do the kick off. Florentino Chico hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, IACC's Silverio Nesto got a free kick in the 60th minute. Romeo Danel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Tomás Conrao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Taurino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Oliveiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ariel Chucho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeo Danel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomás Conrao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Danel, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the game, Ariel Chucho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Danilo Taurino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Romeo Danel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Tomás Conrao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romeo Danel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 minutes of play, Racing Club Carhue's Aurelio Ralondo made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomás Conrao was left in no man's land by his defense there! IACC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
