Fábio Bezerra started the match with the kick off. Filiberto Formerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Mateus de Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esteban Salvatore charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esteban Salvatore the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th match minute, Yala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Salvatore to maneuver through the defense. Bonifacio Romero took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateus de Almeida. Mateus de Almeida dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ruperto Figueroa was a little too slow when Fábio Bezerra got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-1. Mateus de Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bonifacio Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osvaldo Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Romero in the 38th minute of play forced Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goalkeeper Mateus de Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filiberto Formerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 58th minute, Bonifacio Romero made a precise shot to the right of Mateus de Almeida. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. If Filiberto Formerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Bonifacio Romero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateus de Almeida was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. In the 70th minute of the match, Bonifacio Romero got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mateus de Almeida was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mateus de Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Bermund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 73 minutes of play, Yala's Bonifacio Romero made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateus de Almeida was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wakanda fv FSCMZ's attentive Serginho Varela managed to snatch the ball when Prudencio Musko made a throw-in in the 77th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Filiberto Formerio took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Mateus de Almeida to make any attempt to save it. Mateus de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Formerio in the 86th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Yala's Filiberto Formerio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mateus de Almeida. That made the score 1-6 after 89 minutes of play. In the 93rd minute Filiberto Formerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateus de Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bonifacio Romero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 97thth minute tested the skills of Mateus de Almeida when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the final whistle sounded Yala left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Wakanda fv FSCMZ.
