Pascual Demario had in the 15thth minute some difficulties stopping Victoriano Ibañez's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. When Silvano Maraman fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bairoletto FC's protests and gave Silvano Maraman a yellow card for diving instead. 22 minutes into the game, Nicasio Bartoleme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Pascual Demario was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lázaro Turi in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pascual Demario saved Bairoletto FC from getting behind. In the 37th minute Bairoletto FC were awarded a corner. Rolando Asur went to the cornerflag to take it. Rolando Asur made a great header on Bairoletto FC's corner, it was just that De Boedo Vengo's Cayetano Esdras managed to reach the ball for a save. Santo Patrido hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Santo in the 41st minute of play forced De Boedo Vengo's goalkeeper Cayetano Esdras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Bairoletto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Turi came free, but Pascual Demario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lázaro Turi was the one to do the kick off. Artemio Cristofor was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 56 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Bairoletto FC's Artemio Cristofor got a free kick in the 57th minute. Pascual Demario was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Lázaro Turi. After a rather tough play, De Boedo Vengo's Severiano Amaya got a free kick in the 81st minute. Cayetano Esdras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Arce in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Arce in the 97th minute of play forced De Boedo Vengo's goalkeeper Cayetano Esdras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. De Boedo Vengo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
