The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Temel Sacid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Ziya Akdal having to interfere. Furkan Tanalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Seyfi İncirli charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Seyfi İncirli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 25 minutes into the match, 68 Aksarayspor's goal looked a bit too open when Tansu Neşit came free, but Çağan Başoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tansu Neşit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to 68 Aksarayspor getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Eser İsrafil hit a great ball. The supporters of 68 Aksarayspor booed when Bahcekapi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Asım Hendekli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferhan Yetişbeys short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Çağan Başoğlu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Temel Sacid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Ziya Akdal had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Ahmet Seyfi İncirli's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 47 played minutes 68 Aksarayspor got a freekick which was hit by Derman Safvetullah. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tansu Neşit stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Saip Ergazi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 68 Aksarayspor and the Bahcekapi players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 51st match minute, 68 Aksarayspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saip Ergazi to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Furkan Tanalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. 68 Aksarayspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Furkan Tanalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Ziya Akdal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 71st minute, Tansu Neşit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tansu Neşit in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Çağan Başoğlu saved 68 Aksarayspor from getting behind. Ahmet Ziya Akdal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Temel Sacid showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 81 minute of play. Temel Sacid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ahmet Ziya Akdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 90 played minutes Bahcekapi got a freekick which was hit by Samim Ulukut. When the final whistle sounded 68 Aksarayspor left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bahcekapi.
