That made the score 3-0 in the 16 minute of play. Junior Arrive who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Isidoro Gusmão when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 28th minute, Jairo Semedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidoro Gusmão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Junior Arrive in the 28th minute. Filinto Rebocho took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelo Melito. Angelo Melito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Trambas's Ernest Pandele in the 32nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Isidoro Gusmão was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Edrosa through an amazing save. If Junior Arrive had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Ernest Pandele managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trambas's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernest Pandele was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidoro Gusmão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Isidoro Gusmão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernest Pandele in the 38th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes Edrosa got a freekick which was hit by Hermenegildo Veríssimo. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernest Pandele to make the kick off. The referee gave Trambas a penalty, 54 minutes into the game. Isidoro Gusmão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Junior Arrive, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ernest Pandele's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isidoro Gusmão was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Hermenegildo Veríssimo kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Ernest Pandele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 played minutes Edrosa got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Maia. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Junior Arrive in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidoro Gusmão saved Edrosa from getting behind. The supporters of Edrosa booed when Trambas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charly Margot didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Trambas's goal looked a bit too open when Filinto Rebocho came free, but Angelo Melito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidoro Gusmão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernest Pandele's shot from short distance in the 97th minute.
