Strömsbro IF's Rolf Blom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Strömsbro IF from getting a goal against them. After having played for 41 minutes, Igor Bambas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Strömsbro IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Bambas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wasyl Zworski was the one to do the kick off. Strömsbro IF's Rolf Blom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats Nyström in the 52nd minute of play. Loco Durazno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolf Blom read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Joschi Hook made in the 60th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Strömsbro IF's Georg Glad. 64 minutes into the match, Strömsbro IF's goal looked a bit too open when Loco Durazno came free, but Rolf Blom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th match minute, Strömsbro IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Harman to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loco Durazno in the 67th minute of play forced Strömsbro IF's goalkeeper Rolf Blom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Golden Lions FC's attack was well implemented in the 72nd minute, but when Loco Durazno was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Georg Glad made in the 76th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Golden Lions FC's Joschi Hook. After having played for 77 minutes, Burç Tokhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Lions FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Burç Tokhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's Burç Tokhan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolf Blom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Burç Tokhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 88th minute Burç Tokhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolf Blom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Georg Glad charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Georg Glad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Georg Glad kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rdth minute of the game Burç Tokhan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Strömsbro IF's Rolf Blom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There was no doubt that Golden Lions FC were the better team. Golden Lions FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
