Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Vykans Vikingar from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Golden Lions FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Bebben Johansson hit a great ball.

52 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tage Glanselius came free, but Anders Lundqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Loco Durazno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
