In the 15th minute Sven Nordkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brazilio Butt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to DIF LEEDS BK getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Saul Drew hit a great ball. After 22 played minutes Östen Hedin rounded spikarna's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Brazilio Butt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Birger Bergström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kaj Hård might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Brazilio Butt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Tanek Bobrowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. DIF LEEDS BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Tanek Bobrowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lars Norberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. spikarna were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
