In the 3rd minute, Evelio Primo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elpasillo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Gualterio Evarado's late challenge caught a Åsbro FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gualterio Evarado helped the player get up and apologised. Gualterio Evarado kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After 10 minutes, Severo Madeo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elpasillo FC and the Åsbro FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A sloppy throw-in by Blas Errolan in the 11th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Åsbro FK's Sakarias Aleberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sakarias Aleberg in the 12th minute of play forced Elpasillo FC's goalkeeper Lino Baumer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Elpasillo FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Olov Kruuse was slow to take the kick. During this time Åsbro FK's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Åsbro FK's corner Olov Kruuse fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lino Baumer quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Efrain Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elpasillo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Efrain Cruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sakarias Aleberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Efrain Cruz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Robert Lindell came out and tried to block the shot, but Efrain Cruz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 30th minute. The supporters of Elpasillo FC booed when Åsbro FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magnus Kellberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Åsbro FK's Robert Lindell got control of the ball when Evelio Primo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Åsbro FK booed when Elpasillo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Madeo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 played minutes Åsbro FK got a freekick which was hit by Greger Linqvist. With a little luck, Åsbro FK's Robert Lindell got control of the ball when Evelio Primo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Robert Lindell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Thomas, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Sakarias Aleberg hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Robert Lindell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Evelio Primo went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Elpasillo FC's Leonides Llanos got a free kick in the 57th minute. Robert Lindell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute of the match, Olov Kruuse tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lino Baumer saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lino Baumer made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Alfons Viklund sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efrain Cruz in the 70th minute of play forced Åsbro FK's goalkeeper Robert Lindell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute of the match Efrain Cruz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robert Lindell showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 77 played minutes Elpasillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Severo Madeo. After a rather tough play, Åsbro FK's Olov Kruuse got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 84th minute, Olov Kruuse left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Åsbro FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After 88 played minutes, Elpasillo FC's Evelio Thomas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Robert Lindell came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Elpasillo FC reached it. In the 90th minute, Evelio Primo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robert Lindell was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Olov Kruuse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Åsbro FK defense, Evelio Thomas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robert Lindell. The Åsbro FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robert Lindell should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Elpasillo FC were the better team. Elpasillo FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
