After a rather tough play, BULFUT GALAXY CF's Gonzalo Padro got a free kick in the 5th minute. Lino Baumer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Argoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Javier Atarrabi notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Elpasillo FC's Lino Baumer. Lino Baumer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vinicio Fagondo's late challenge caught a BULFUT GALAXY CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vinicio Fagondo helped the player get up and apologised. BULFUT GALAXY CF made a substitution. Benedicto Garikoitz replaced Cesar Marino. The supporters of BULFUT GALAXY CF booed when Elpasillo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Fagondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Elpasillo FC defense, Javier Atarrabi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lino Baumer. The Elpasillo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lino Baumer should have stopped the shot. Elpasillo FC's Lino Baumer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Argoitz in the 21st minute of play. In the 25th minute Evelio Thomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Iaki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Javier Atarrabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The BULFUT GALAXY CF fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when BULFUT GALAXY CF's Javier Atarrabi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 33rd match minute, Elpasillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Thomas to maneuver through the defense. Elpasillo FC's Lino Baumer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Argoitz in the 38th minute of play. If Gonzalo Padro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Elpasillo FC's Evelio Thomas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benedicto Iaki. Benedicto Iaki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-6. After the first half BULFUT GALAXY CF were leading 2-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Evelio Thomas to strike the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes, Evelio Thomas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elpasillo FC and the BULFUT GALAXY CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Elpasillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Thomas to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the game, Javier Atarrabi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lino Baumer. Javier Atarrabi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-7. In the 59th minute Abelardo Seme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Baumer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ignacio Lertxun was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 61 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of BULFUT GALAXY CF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Elpasillo FC:s goal. Javier Atarrabi scored 3-8 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lino Baumer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Vinicio Fagondo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 69 minutes had been played. In the 70th minute Hermengildo Argoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Baumer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 3-9 when Hermengildo Argoitz sped through Elpasillo FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lino Baumer. 77 minutes into the game, Gabriel Modestio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Elpasillo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BULFUT GALAXY CF the free kick. The supporters of BULFUT GALAXY CF booed when Elpasillo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Modestio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 played minutes Elpasillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Modestio. Lino Baumer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermengildo Argoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lino Baumer was a little too slow when Hermengildo Argoitz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 3-10. Lino Baumer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Argoitz in the 90th minute of play. Hermengildo Argoitz succeeded in the game's 91st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-11. When BULFUT GALAXY CF's Javier Atarrabi in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Elpasillo FC's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nunez Nahia during the 99th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The BULFUT GALAXY CF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BULFUT GALAXY CF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
