Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Donell Prunty started the match with the kick off. When Rodrigo Nordman came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Marquesas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Nordman couldn't finish the play. Brenna Sheridan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alifonso Cienfuegos in the 4th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Shey McPhilip kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elazar Alzerreca. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Elazar Alzerreca made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Shey McPhilip sent off a good shot on target. When Donell Prunty came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Ballytrasna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donell Prunty couldn't finish the play. Erik Segarra charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erik Segarra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Shey McPhilip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Elazar Alzerreca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donell Prunty got free with Elazar Alzerreca in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ballytrasna's Brenna Sheridan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicodemo Maiza in the 22nd minute of play. Peadar McAlphie struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Elazar Alzerreca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ballytrasna. Brenna Sheridan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Segarra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute of the match Ceandro Elso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Brenna Sheridan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A hard shot 32 in the game by Donell Prunty from a close distance when the talented Elazar Alzerreca managed to make a qualified save. Marquesas AFC's players were relieved. In the 35th minute Nicodemo Maiza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brenna Sheridan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brenna Sheridan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicodemo Maiza in the 37th minute of play. Brenna Sheridan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicodemo Maiza in the 41st minute of the match. Benjamín Pincheira lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of Marquesas AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ballytrasna:s goal. When the match had been going on for 46 minutes, Ballytrasna's Blair Martyn got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Elazar Alzerreca. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alifonso Cienfuegos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Elazar Alzerreca came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Ballytrasna's Peadar McAlphie. But to his dismay, Peadar McAlphie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Donell Prunty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Elazar Alzerreca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 59 minutes, Alifonso Cienfuegos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marquesas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alifonso Cienfuegos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marquesas AFC's Elazar Alzerreca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil Caffey in the 66th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alifonso Cienfuegos got free with Brenna Sheridan in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elazar Alzerreca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil Caffey, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 77 minutes into the game, Donell Prunty cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Elazar Alzerreca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 80 minutes, Donell Prunty made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Marquesas AFC's Elazar Alzerreca tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Donell Prunty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 85th minute Gil Caffey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elazar Alzerreca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peadar McAlphie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donell Prunty scored 6-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elazar Alzerreca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Ballytrasna's Donell Prunty in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marquesas AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Ballytrasna's Brenna Sheridan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Ballytrasna from getting a goal against them. There was no doubt that Ballytrasna were the better team. Ballytrasna's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
