Timoteo Columbo started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Academia 1903's Jeremias Ezkerra got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 9 played minutes Academia 1903 got a freekick which was hit by Marco Rincón. Primo Speranza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Västerberg in the 15th minute. In the 26th minute, Lucien de Neutere hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, C.F.Fuenlabrada's Primo Speranza threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aquilino Luke, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Academia 1903's Primo Speranza got control of the ball when Edward Västerberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute, Aquilino Luke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Primo Speranza was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 44th minute, Aquilino Luke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timoteo Columbo in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastián Torrico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

C.F.Fuenlabrada made a substitution. Julien Million replaced Topo Riquelme. C.F.Fuenlabrada's Laureano Perfecto was substituted for Aquilino Luke. Primo Speranza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bianco Cherubini, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Academia 1903's goal looked a bit too open when Freddie Ljungberg came free, but Primo Speranza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Freddie Ljungberg made a great header on C.F.Fuenlabrada's corner, it was just that Academia 1903's Primo Speranza managed to reach the ball for a save. Primo Speranza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bianco Cherubini, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Timoteo Columbo struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Sebastián Torrico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Academia 1903. Jakub Fedor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Primo Speranza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricard Ferrer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
